Your Arrival: Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your schedule appointment. Your prompt arrival insures a relaxing personal experience. Robes, slippers and a changing room are provided.
Personal Valuables: For your convenience, secured lockers are provided in the guest dressing room.
Scheduling Guidelines: We do require a 24 hour notice for cancellation as a courtesy to other clients and staff. For Saturday appointments and first time guests, a major credit card will be requested. We realized emergencies happen and will be understanding if a last minute change arises; however, we reserve the right to charge the full treatment price for missed appointments without a 24 hour notice.
